Annual Memorial Events

Each December, this memorial service brings light and warmth to the winter season. During this time of gathering we remember our loved ones with music, readings, reflections and a candle-lighting ritual that highlights the importance of light in six major faith traditions.  We also provide the opportunity for you light a candle for your loved one as we collectively honor their life.

Afternoon of Remembrance Memorial Service at Skylawn Memorial Park

Sunday, May 17, 2026 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM

Co-Sponsored by Pathways Home Health and Hospice and Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park

Through creating a shared flower bouquet, inspirational readings and music, we will create an exceptional collective experience for the spring. Participants can honor their loved one by emailing a photo to [email protected] or by bringing a photo to remind us of the beauty and love they brought to our lives.

A memorial table will be available for you to display a picture or object to honor your loved one, remembering them, during this service as you can add to the shared bouquet and say their names.
