Support when you need it most
Everyone grieves differently; for some it is a very private process, others have networks of friends and family that meet their needs. Some people benefit from participating in Individual support, or in a Group with others who are grieving. Attending Memorial Services and Workshops can also be a way to honor your loved one as you begin your healing journey.
Pathways has an array of bereavement services to help people as they navigate this new territory without their loved one.
If you or someone you know, would like grief support due to the death of a loved one, Pathways Provides Support for Counseling, In-Person and via Zoom.
The Pathways Foundation underwrites Pathways grief support services. Donations designated for grief support services are always encouraged and welcomed.
Open to all
Pathways provides grief support services to the bereaved served in Pathways Home Health and Hospice. Pathways also can provide grief support to anyone who has experienced someone’s death within the past 13 months. All grief support services come at no cost and are supported by donations to the Pathways Foundation. Donations ensure that we can always continue to provide grief support to anyone in the communities we serve. Please follow the donation link if you would like to make a donation.
