At Pathways, we accomplish our mission of caring in partnership with health care professionals and long-term care facilities in the communities we serve. We hope that our publications will nurture collegial relationships.

We believe promoting the exchange of ideas and information will help achieve the most compassionate, quality health care for our patients and their families.

Pathways & Partners is a quarterly newsletter written for long-term care facilities staff and management.
