Who Can Make the Call?

Anyone can call for information about Pathways KIDS; however, we need an order from the doctor to begin service.

When to Make the Call?

Call us anytime after a diagnosis of a life-threatening illness when you need medical expertise and support at home. If going to the doctor’s office becomes harder and harder for the child. If family members are feeling more stressed. If the child’s symptoms are getting harder to manage.

Who Pays for Pathways Care?

Pathways Home Health & Hospice is a community based, not-for-profit organization. Our services may be covered by your private health insurance plan or Medi-Cal. We will help you determine your coverage and advocate for you. The KIDS team will also explore support available through community organizations and Pathways Hospice Foundation.
