Pathways KIDS - A Caring Community

We believe that everyone is entitled to full support during a life-threatening illness. Pathways receives private donations, memorial gifts, and grants from the community to help support Pathways KIDS and other programs.

Pathways KIDS is a family-centered home care program that relies on significant ongoing support from the community. We are grateful to all our donors including: McKenna Family Foundation, Health Trust, Valley Foundation, San Hill Foundation, and Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health for their leadership grants.
