Pathways Home Health & Hospice provides extensive grief support for those in bereavement. We know that grief is a universal and yet individual process that has no time-table and no right or wrong way. Pathways offers an array of mailings for the survivors of loss. Our newsletter gives helpful support about the grief process, offers ways for survivors to cope as seasons change, and updates about grief support groups, workshops and events.
