Pathways Memorial Services & Remembrance Events

Pathways Home Health & Hospice provides extensive grief support for those in bereavement. We know that grief is a universal and yet individual process that has no time-table and no right or wrong way. Pathways hosts several memorial services and remembrance events throughout the year for the survivors of loss. The following events are held on annual basis.

Celebration of Light

Thess memorial services bring light and warmth to the winter season in early December, by remembering loved ones with music, readings and a candlelighting ceremony.

Evening of Remembrance

Memorial Day, graduations, Mothers Day and Fathers Day may be acute reminders of the absence of loved ones. Pathways holds remembrance events at this time of year to foster renewal and growth, using music, reading, and a flower ritual where loved ones are named.
