A committed educator and community volunteer, Christine Alloo has been a member of the Junior League of Palo Alto/Mid Peninsula for over 25 years. Alloo graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. She received her teaching credential from UC Davis. Christine is Co-Chair of the Pathways Ambassador Program. |

Ronald A. Castellino, M.D.
Ron Castellino attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska for his undergraduate studies and medical degree. He completed his residency at Stanford University Hospital, joined the faculty and is now an emeritus Professor of Radiology. After serving as Chair, Radiology, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, he became Chief Medical Officer, R2 Technology and then at Hologic, Inc. until 2009. |

Tim Chu is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Phoenix Technologies, Ltd. He earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. |

After a career in management, in 2009, Minda Cutcher launched her own business, helping older adults and their families with the financial challenges of aging. She has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Northeastern University. |

Harvey Hinman
Harvey Hinman is currently of Counsel with the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP in their Silicon Valley office. Prior to this he was Vice President and General Counsel of Chevron Corporation. Harvey earned his BA at Brown University and received a J.D. from Cornell Law School. |

Mark Kelsey, Chair
Mark Kelsey is Senior Vice President of Learning and Development for the San Francisco Bay Region at Wells Fargo Bank. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in 1975 and an MBA in 1979 from Santa Clara University. |

Carol Proffitt
Carol Proffitt has a long history with Pathways, having served on the Boards of both Pathways Home Health and Hospice and Pathways Private Duty, as well as on the Foundation Board. She is an active community volunteer who currently serves on the El Camino Hospital Foundation Board. A fifth generation Californian, Carol attended the University of California, Berkeley and completed her education at San Francisco College for Women at Lone Mountain with a major in Social Welfare.
