Two Bay Area Walk Locations

The San Francisco Memory Walk will take place on Saturday, September 24th at Mission Creek Park near downtown San Francisco in Mission Bay.

How Does Your Support Make a Difference?

A percentage of the total funds raised by the Pathways team will be passed on to the Pathways Hospice Foundation (from 50-65%).

• support groups
• family care consultation
• crisis consultation
• educational seminars
• materials and newsletters
• and translated materials for those in need, when they need it most.
