Please join us for the 20th Annual One from the Heart Awards Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto. For the past 20 years, friends and supporters of Pathways' mission have gathered each fall to recognize outstanding leaders in hospice care, public service, and philanthropy, all of whom support Pathways' work.
