Pathways Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide compassionate care and companionship to people facing the end of life. Volunteer opportunities are also available in administrative support, community outreach, special projects, and bereavement support. Alzheimer's Association Memory Walks - San Francisco & Silicon Valley Locations Saturday, September 11, 2010 (San Francisco) & Saturday, September 25, 2010 (Silicon Valley). Join the Pathways Team of Memory Walkers at either or both of these events held in support of the Alzheimer's Association. October 2010 One from the Heart Awards Breakfast Thursday, October 7, 2010, 7:30 am - 9:30 am. Please join us for the 20th Annual One from the Heart Awards Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto. For the past 20 years, friends and supporters of Pathways' mission have gathered each fall to recognize outstanding leaders in hospice care, public service, and philanthropy, all of whom support Pathways' work.
